Shark RPG Maneater Getting Truth Quest DLC Next Month

Some were skeptical of the new DLC by Maneater, which was revealed this April Fool’s Day. It’s now official: Truth Quest will be landing on August 31, 2021. This new DLC will bring with it plenty more content and the return of Chris Parnell, Rick, and Morty’s voice talent. Tripwire Interactive has released Truth Quest as a press release. It will feature Trip Westhaven, Parnell’s conspiracy-theorist character and the shark protagonist.

Fans of the original game will find a brand-new region to explore and new evolutions, as well as a higher level cap. The promise of answers to Maneater’s questions may appeal to those with a more curious nature. Parnell seems determined to determine how and why the shark can grow and evolve in such an unusual way. This will hopefully satisfy any other curious minds.

Truth Quest appears to offer more of the same amazing and ridiculous things as Maneater, so fans will know exactly what to expect. Tripwire will soon offer a free pilot episode, which will give you a taste of new content and shed some light on some of the mysteries. It will be available on all platforms starting August 31 and retails at $14.99.
