Since the Flight Test ended, Halo Infinite has been in the news quite a lot. Five official maps and friendly fire have been confirmed for the game. However, that may not be as important as the recent discovery by Full System Scripting within Halo Infinite’s Forge Mode.

Fans were initially disappointed by the absence of a Forge Mode for Halo Infinite’s launch. 343 Industries stated that the feature would be available in the third season. However, now that Full System Scripting is possible, it makes sense to delay the release.

Data mining led to the discovery of Full System Scripting in Halo Infinite’s Forge Mode. Fans noticed that a Node graph in the game’s data looked similar to Overwatch Workshop. There was a lot of customization that could make the shooter feel special.

It is not yet clear if this will result in mini-games as we see when Overwatch loads a video. However, it would be a tremendous boon and one reason why Halo Infinite’s Forge Mode has Full System Scripting.

The Halo Infinite Forge Mode won’t be revealed until the third season.

It’s still a reason to be excited about the Halo Infinite Forge Mode. The Full Scripting System will allow for some amazing moments when the game is released.

Halo Infinite is coming to the Xbox One and Xbox Series X on December 8.
