Back 4 Blood patch notes – Christmas arrives with offline campaign progression
Turtle Rock Studios announced the Back 4 Blood patch notes. With the long-awaited offline progress mode, the game will be a bit more festive in celebration of Christmas. The difficulty tuning for the Veteran and Nightmare problems is much better. There’s still more to come.
Notes from the Back 4 Blood Patch
One of the key selling points of the Back 4 Blood patch notes was a single-player campaign. Many people were disappointed to discover that Back 4 Blood did not offer offline progression, even though it had an offline mode. It was pointless to play the game offline due to lack of progression. This is now changing. The new Back 4 Blood single-player campaign will allow for progression after two months of this feature not progressing.
For those who enjoy the game, there is more to unlock. You can spend your supply on new supply lines to get new cards and rewards. You’ll also find the new card type, the burn card, among these new supply line rewards.
These burns cards can be found in the Roving Merchants supply line. They will become available with the December update. The burn cards can be described as safe rooms cars that grant temporary statuses, such as currency boosts and instant healing.
Even more, the new cards are not necessarily part of a new burn type. These cards are:
- Belt Clip – Increase Quickslot Stock by 1.
- Utility Belt – Increase Quickslot Inventory by 2 -10% Damage
- Tool Belts – Increase Quickslot Inventory for Team Members by 1.
Back 4 Blood Training Mode
A significant update has been made to the training mode. You can now choose one of the Ridden to get started with the PvP mode. You can also better understand the Ridden’s abilities, so you are better prepared for when the game gets more difficult. Another note: stat racking in this game now includes stats that you gain while training.
Back 4 Blood Christmas event
The Cleaners want the world to feel good, even in a zombie apocalypse. Forth Hope and Firing Range have holiday decorations that will give you Christmas cheers. You can also add festive touches to your characters by purchasing new skins and weapons skins for your characters or sprays.
The Back 4 Blood patch notes do not specify which weapons or guns are equipped with these Christmas skins. It doesn’t even specify how you can get these skins. Although we assume new Christmas-themed supply lines, that is just a guess.
This is a summary of the complete Back 4 Blood patch note. You can read the B4B website for the complete details of the balance changes, bug fixes, and other information…
