Raven Software Nerfs Krampus In Warzone, December 22nd Update

Since the Festive Fervor began in Season 1, players have been quick to voice their dissatisfaction at the existence of Krampus, the Christmas devil. Many were unable to defeat this mythical beast during matches on Caldera.

Krampus’ unpredictable attacks and high health have led to many calls for Krampus’ nerfing. Raven Software, a Warzone developer, announced the changes via a tweet on December 21. The tweet stated that Krampus’s health had decreased “significantly” in all Warzone game modes. It also included changes regarding when Krampus will be spawned into the action.

Raven Software’s quick response was praised by many after players were concerned about dealing with an overpowered Krampus during the Christmas period. One player went so far as to request that the Krampus be removed completely. However, Caldera will soon be a Krampus-free place once more, thanks to the Festive Fervor event.

When will Krampus be removed?

Although no date has been set for Krampus’ departure, Festive Fervor will end on January 4. This is the most likely date for Krampus to vanish once and for all. Krampus’ appearance has added an interesting twist to Warzone. It should be easier to deal with him with this nerf if you are unlucky enough not to meet him!
